Got out on the ice again today- Lake macbride. Seemed to be a majic hour of fishing. I couldn’t even drop my minnow to the bottom before a fish was on it. And, the fish were all the same size. No dinks, and no monsters. The range was 9″-11″. Small jigs with minnows. Most of the fish were suspended, some came off the bottom. Only fishing 10 FOW. I would guess I caught about forty- only kept five for dinner. And did they taste good!

Nice looking lunch Luke. And good creative thinking using that 20oz water bottle for size reference.

Very nice looking mess of crappies, I’ll have to try Macbride some time, I’ve never fished there.

Very Nice Fish Luke. You seem to have McBride dialed in pretty well. Pretty sharp looking LX-5 there also

Fish- haha, I wish it was a two liter bottle. It was only a 20 fl.oz. bottle.
