Perch on Mille Lacs?

    My parents are bringing some grandkids out fishing tomorrow on Mille Lacs. They are hoping to find some perch. Any ideas for some fast and furious action. I don’t think the kids (ages 8-12) are too concerned about size. Any ideas would be helpful. Thanks,

    Find 20′ at the bottom of a sharp break. Jigging spoons with the head of a fathead.

    What part of the lake are you planning to fish? If you go out the East side, go to Hunters Point. They have roads plowed and would be very helpfull in you finding what your looking for!

    I will tell them to go out of Hunters and mark some points from their lake map in the GPS before they head out. Anyone else have some ideas. Thanks guys,

    the sand humps in the north are always good late in the year 23-28′
