    Bucky12pt and I got down to North to chase crappies Saturday afternoon.

    One other house out there.

    6″ of ice, but there are LOTS of soft spots……..

    Marked a couple of fish, but nothing would commit……..Doubt if I’ll head back……..Just doesn’t seen like they are there.

    If you go BE CAREFULL!!!!!!!

    There is a lot of thin ice and springs making soft ice!!!!!!!

    I plan on trying it in the next week but I haven’t had much luck the last couple seasons. Thanks for the report. – Vern

    I had also hit north late last week. Moved around drilling holes for a couple of hours, had some lookers, just no takers.
