Hey stark. I was told two guys drowned on menomin. Is that true???
I think the ice is good on most lakes. I know of places where people are driving, so i have no worries going anywhere on foot or fourwheeler. I think the only places you have to worry about are places with current or springs
general common sense. there is some ice on the rivers and such, but most of the places you go there are guys there already and you have a decent idea of where not to go.
Some lakes in the same general area just have more ice than others. Lake Altoona for instance has 10 inches with cars driving on them already hauling permanent shacks. While Halfmoon, maybe less than 10 miles away has 3-6 inches. Be safe!
