is it an ethical way to git pike?

    I have used smelt and cisco a few times in the later part of the season, and i have had very little luck. Everyone says they work great, but for me they never seem to pay off

    Yeah, we have it so great here in sconni.. We can use anything we want for bait, but don’t try to protect yourself…..concealed weapons are only for the police.

    But yes, if you caughtit and include it in your daily bag limit, you can use it for bait if you choose.

    I wonder what would hit a 40″ musky?
