West Rush lake by Rush city had 6-7 inches of ice in the places I fished. Fish were biting ok from most I talked to. The crappie city by the islands is forming in a big way which produced a lot of commotion out there today. I caught a fair number of gills today in 8-9 feet of water. I saw a few pike caught on tip-ups, but overall the toothies were kinda slow.
