Started out at daylight on Green Lake by Desoto Bay.Coudn’t drive all the way around to the south end.The gates were locked on the west side.So had to use the parking lot by the beach.Still not a bad walk tho.Ice was only at best about 2 inches thick. The fishing started out slow for just a little while and then the small fish came on strong. For about one hour the little guys controled everything. Not to complain because at least it was nice to back on the bucket.Just as the snow storm came in the bigger fish turned on and the big bite was on fire.Didn’t take to long to have my 25 keepers with nothing smaller than 7.5 inches with a few 8.5 inchers also.In all probably caught 75 to 100 hundred gills with only two odd balls. One perch and one small bass.It was a slow trip home with the roads being in very bad shape. Well take care STEVE
