    I stopped by Foster Arends Lake today and it is ”wide open water.” This lake has some deep water so it will take some time to freeeze over and have good solid ice. Please use care on this lake once it does freeze as there are some springs in there too. It does appear that the cold temps will be around for awhile now so mother nature should start making some ice. We will just have to wait awhile.

    It will freeze and get nasty out as soon as you pull your boat back out

    Hey Bret, hows it going? I still have my jon boat in the driveway for emergencies. Does that count?
