    I’m sure there’s plenty of info on this site but I’m too lazy to go looking. Thinking of looking for a good deal on a power auger here at the end of the ice season. Definitely looking for a smaller cut (8″ or less) and would like your input as to what’s the best machine for the money. Strikemaster vs. Jiffy vs. anything else. Power. Reliability, etc. If you can point me to a good deal I would appreciate that, too. Thanks.

    Stay with a 2hp for sure, had a 3 hp and the thing was a pig, had to warm up for it to cut right also. I now have a Strikemaster Ultra Mag 9″ 3 blade and really like it, lite and fast. If your are interested in one drop me an e-mail [email protected]

    i have a strike master they are very good agures. But i have used a jiffy i would much rather use the jiffy then a strike master
