No one seems to be posting anything lately so here goes.
Found bluegill and perch together in 30 feet of water this weekend. I thought that was odd and I would rather not catch the gills there since small ones don’t release easily after coming up from that depth. Fishing was slow and it took about 6 hours to get enough for dinner. Of course that is meaningless since I can’t list the lake. Let’s just say eastern Wis north of Twin Cities. I’m sure we could have been on a better lake than the one we fished. Lot’s of nice lakes up there.
