Big Round Walleyes

    Big Round by Hayward?? Cannot speak to the ice-fishing, but it can be dynamite in spring and early summer. Fish the hump in the bay between Big and Little Round with a splitshot and minnow/crawler. Drag along the bottom sloooow.

    sorry, there is probably 100 lakes that are called big round in wisconsin, i am talking about Big Round in Polk County.

    Hey Stark,
    I fished Big Round yesterday, caught several large perch but no walleyes. I do know that some of the locals catch them between the two sunken bars in the north central area, where I was. I did have a nice day fishing. Sorry this is late but…..
