Lawrence Lake or….??

    Planning on heading down to the Lacrosse area tomorrow and exercising some Gander Mountain gift cards on some BFishin’ goodies.

    Was thinking of hitting Lawrence for the first time. Anybody have any advice or info on lures or baits to try? Any good spots to target? Not sure of any other ice fishing locations in the Lacrosse area but have always heard Lawrence can be good at times. It’ll just be me and the “future father in law” , so any info or suggestions on a different puddle between the RR tracks is very much appreciated!

    With the snow cover back on the lake Lawrence should be alright. Otherwise lake Onalaska is another option…

    If you go to Lawrence lake, get there plenty early…the bite seems to die down mid day….

    Lake Onalaska has yet to prove itself yet this year…..I haven’t been on it in a week or so now, so it may have picked up????
