polk ice

    I’m heading up to Bone Lake in Polk county i was wondering if anybody knew what the ice is like up there.

    Hey Lardy,
    I was up on White Ash (close to Bone) yesterday, people are driving full sized trucks on it. I had from 18-20 inches of good clear ice in the spots I fished.
    I couldn’t imagine that Bone would be a whole lot different.

    I was on balsam on saturday, which is really close to bone and the ice was around 15+ inches thick.

    thanks guys..I would ask how the fishing is but im going up there no matter what, so ill just haveta find out when I get there.
