    Has anyone tried to cross Minn.Slough and get to Cord Wood? How about even getting down to Duck Lake our Bear Paw?? Any words of wisdom in this arrea is appr.. Thanks STEVE

    guys were down to bear claw sat am slow bite but ice was fine. The one guy was just coming back from the middle of the slough from checking the ice. He said he could have made it across, but his other buddy’s weren’t going to try it. They figured it would be no problem by sunday morning. I don’t know for sure if they went across on sunday or not, I didn’t go down. I would assume they went though. I’m in no hurry to be the first across there, too deep!!!
