    Upper Red has 4-5 inches on the east side. Guys are getting out about 1/2 mile on foot.

    Hey Derek, Thanks for the report……..I’ve never fished URL early ice. Been up there in the late March time frame only!

    I went last year the first week of Jan and had a trip of a lifetime.
