I checked out some of the Rochester areas Sunday and everything was pretty much open water still or maybe a little skim of ice starting. I would expect Chesterwoods to freeze first but that hadn’t happened yet. Always be safe ”first” as no fish is worth your life. If anyone notices some ice anywhere please feel free to post your finding. We would all appreciate it.
