An apology

To the members of this forum who viewed my bad behaviour in the charger post..
About the only excuse I can come up with is my temper and hardheadedness….I’m old enough to know better…
I have taken steps to make sure this never happens again….
This is, after all, a place we talk about fishing…not a place to argue and urine and moan…nothing but fishing from now on for me.
I have my political site to go and argue….
So,again,my apologies.

I haven’t even read through the charger post but this post shows that you’re a stand up guy shark. Besides after the winter from h#ll and more snow on the way everyone should be entitled to a little pissing and moaning

It can be hard to apologize and admit when you may have done wrong. It takes a big person to do that.

I agree with Will, it’s been a long winter and the little things can agitate anyone. Always nice to see people own up to posting less than desireable stuff.

Mudshark, it takes a certain kind of man, a man with integrity to admit he is wrong. And even more so to do it without an excuse. Like I like to say, an apology with and explanation is not an apology…it’s an excuse.

I must disagree. Behavior isn’t spontaneous. An appology is an appology, whether or not reason behind the behavior was told.

To admit the reasoning behind the behavior shows intelligence.

Now, there are those who have excuse after excuse and cannot get through a day without saying “Sorry” a few dozen times. That i cannot stand. A man admitting the reasoning behind his behavior is no different than anyone of us reflecting on previous poor decisions.
