La Crosse this weekend

    Jonesing to catch some pike on tipups this weekend.

    Anyone have any pearls to help me find these toothy critters?

    Hopefully the bite will improve with this warm weather.

    I hear the fountain at Riverside Park holds some dandies.

    Take a plank along as it looks like the river is rising a little and there was lots of water on the edges, too far to jump, to get on good ice. After that the ice was a good 28″ or so. Good luck
