Is John and the guys making open water rods? Anyone using them? I think my addiction to these ice rods is moving over to open water rods.

You just beat me to a post!!!

Yes they do open water custom rods.

They are a great rods and the craftsmanship is outstanding you know it in the ice rods….Well everything carries over to their open water series. Call them they will help you and get you the perfect rod for your fishing species and type. I love mine. This is a hard picture to see it in but mine is the one in the front all the way to the right with the cork handle.

Yes we are transitioning into to openwater… if someday it warms up, with it being 0 when I got up it is tough to make the transition this year.

We are going to being having lot of new announcements soon.

I would like a 7-foot medium with an extra fast tip for pitchn jigs & plastics and small to medium cranks
