I bought a new LM last year halfway through the season, from the get go it had a faulty clutch. Bit would never stop spinning. So I called strikemaster, they gave me the number for there service centers After getting the run around again and again, I called Scheels-Eau Claire. They said to bring it in and they would take care of it
If it wasnt for Scheels being GREAT, I would have stuck that auger up someones
Its just frustrating when a company gets to big to service there customers like they once did
