Too bad there isn’t a correlation between the fish biting and ME being hungry…the fish would be biting ALL the time.

That would be bad voodoo for me, I don’t get too hungry when fishing but have a appetite when I get home. HMMM starting to wonder.

Thanks clown now one more thing I have to start factoring into the bite, like pressure, wind, cold, cloud cover, dam flows and if my MarCum is too powerful.

I think there is. days/evenings/morning when I see deer out wading in the water and grazing along the shore is usually a spike in the fish activity for me

To me it just makes sense. The things that affect fish, affect all critters.

The only exception might be when a storm is rolling in. My dogs run for cover and eating is the last thing on their mind, yet how many stories are there of incredible, if not dangerous, fishing as a storm is blowing in.

I understand what your saying on the dogs that are domestic. My dad’s dogs which roam our farm quite freely will eat, play and scratch at the door to go out when its lightning. I also see deer oout in our fields eating up to the last minute of a storm coming in…much like the guys that take the “one more cast” as lightning is approaching
