I have a fl8 now and was thinking about getting a fl12. I do a ton of hole hopping. Is the fl12 screen hard to see during the day because it doesn’t have the cover around the screen like to fl8 does?

I have a FL20 it is a little hard to see in direct sunlight.
January 23, 2014 at 2:05 pm #1382206Why are you changing? The only difference is the flat screen so you won’t be gaining much in my opinion. Look at an 18 or 20 or any of the other brands models with zoom if your going to spend the money. Otherwise I’d just stick with the 8.

January 23, 2014 at 2:14 pm #1382213I have an FL18 and as long as I get the Vex in my shadow you can see it O.K. Of course this is only an issue with a south wind when your sitting with your back to the wind.
