FYI…
Spoke directly with Eskimo support and they confirmed what milemark_714 stated. They advised to bottom out the air/fuel screw on the carb body and back off 1-3/4 turns as the factory setting. Adjust from there in 1/4 turn increments when engine is warm.
I then adjusted the screw that acts directly on the throttle and got my idle where I wanted it.
Interestingly, they claimed that when freezing cold and on the first start, they recommended depressing the throttle slightly when pulling over. Did that after it sat out in -15F temps overnight and it started on first pull
