    Has anyone tried mounting an LX-7 on an vexilar ultra pack? IMO the marcum soft pack isn’t the best. Thanks.

    I would never associate my LX-7 with anything Vex.

    No way I would give up the security of the soft pack for a vex pack. Not in a million years!

    I mounted my 7 on a blue box and then took my 8 and put it on the 7’s mount. It sits a lot nicer on the blue box and isn’t front heavy. The case fits but the cover doesn’t go over the screen, no big deal with a screen protector. Took drilling some new holes and such for the arm and brackets but I like it way more than the black stand it came on.
