    Does anyone have a trick to reel up line on a tip up other then the slow way turning the spool ?

    in thermal farbils i pull the black handle off and use a cordless drill. that should also work with the beaverdam style also

    Coordless drill on the top of the + would work on polar style.

    I use a hand-made wrench to turn my Beaver Dams. Just like the one in the link above. At lease when I remember it.

    When spooling them up for the first time I use a cordless drill on the top of the spindle while allowing proper tench-en on the line. This makes spooling them for the first time much faster.
