    Took the trip yesterday. The perch were biting very well. Having never been there before we weren’t too sure what to do. A stop at Artie’s Bait took care of that. I have never seen a more helpful bait shop, He gave me a lake map,started circling hot spots writing distances, the works. What a day caught a ton of 11 and 12 inch perch, 1 huge crappie and a couple bonus eater size walleyes. Thanks Artie

    Right in Ortonville. 748 2nd st S.E. just on the left as you come into town.

    My dad took the week off and spent 7 days on Big Stone. The guys at Artie’s kept him on the fish. He has nothing but great things to say about them.

    He kept texting me photos this week. I am really looking forward to heading up there next Saturday.
