I was wandering if anyone had an update on the ice up there. (Garrison area) I’ve been having troubles finding any reports for that area of the lake. Planning on fishing Saturday. Any info would be greatly appreciated

Just walked in the door from up there, 8-10 inches with slush in spots NO roads or really no real paths, we walked and about killed ourselves. You might be OK with 4 wheeler w/chains but a sled would ideal. We could only get to 13 ft break and had a couple perch and 1 very small walleye from 3-5:30 then the wind/cold starting coming up and we knew we had to walk back yet so we bailed early. There was 1 other group out 2 houses with wheelers
A buddy and I are hitting the lake today, I will report tonight or tomorrow. As of the weekend, when I was up, there was 12″ in Garrison’s Bay. If you moved out of the bay, you were in 6-8″ with 2-3″ of snow slush ,still safe for foot traffic obviously, but who knows how it varied. Hope I helped…
I fished Garrison on this past Monday and Tuesday.
I walked out. Lots of slush on ice at 14 feet.
Ice was good. Slush made for hard walking.
