Just recently bought a marcum lx5. So far I’ve only fished in 14 FOW and absolutely LOVE IT. I used to be a Vexilar guy with my fl8 but this thing blows it out of the water. One thing though is the marcum manual isn’t very helpful and I can’t seem to find any good videos on YouTube. Like I said earlier I love the machine already I’m just wanting to learn all the bells and whistles to really enjoy the hole unit. Thanks

The movable zoom, .75″ target separation, and sharp Color is really nice on the LX-5.
The sharpness, colors and zoom are what sold it for me. Also makes a big impression with the fisherman. Especially when they see how tiny their Rat Finkee looks on the Marcum compared to theirs.
Iv never been a Vexilar guy so i cant talk bad about them. I do have a VX-1 pro which works great but my buddy just picked a LX-7 and holy crap is that a nice unit.So clear and crisp and just AWESOME! Im saving up for one!
