I was up north last year with Portavilla, but it was on Mille lacs. Our group loved our stay, so we booked with them again only this time will be on Upper Red. I will report once we are back (2nd week of Jan)
Unfortanately our experience with them was not good last year. We followed them to the fish house, he took our money and we never saw anyone again. Except when I ran into him at Rogers. We had a shack about 30 yds from us and we were sharing a generator. Needless to say the guys that went with me were not impressed especially after it was my idea to go through them and try red lake once instead of LOTW like we usually did.
