What mine of truck is it? Is it a gray ranger?

Seem out there, there is always some tools with small trucks and cars that drive out there. I don’t care if they choose to be dumb arses but stay the heck away from me. I hear ya, it’s one thing to put your own safety on the line but don’t be diving anywhere near others and put them at risk….

Lake ona has always been a classy area for fishermen………. Ha

This is from the MN DNR web site.

2″ or less – STAY OFF

4″ – Ice fishing or other activities on foot

    5″ – Snowmobile or ATV

    8″ – 12″ – Car or small pickup

    12″ – 15″ – Medium truck

Looks like he was just following the DNR’s advise.

If it’s Ford it probably couldn’t get off the ice anyway

Over 12 inches on Prairie lake in Chetek. Lots of vehicles and perm shacks on the ice. Fishing was good too.

Lake Onalaska has a lot of current. The ice is never uniform on it.

A lot of pressure ridges too. Not a good lake to go venture off and explore while in a vehicle.

My favorite saying(all ice is safe till it breaks)then it is not safe.
