I have to thank this idiot for helping me bring home a nice mix bag of sunnies and perch today. By 1 o’clock he was blind drunk falling down all over the place and when I left at 3 he was passed out on the ice. Empty cooler and half empty bottle of vodka do that to a fella. He pushed fish in my direction all afternoon. Thanks buddy!

WOW! You can’t make that up. That’s funny right there. Very warm too.

There’s something you don’t get to see everyday. I wish I would’ve went out today just to see that. Nice catch by the way.

A person wouldn’t last long around here dressed like that today.

Did he make it out or freeze to death on the ice?

I don’t see an auger or fishing rod, but it might just be the pic. If he was still there when I left, I would have called the police…

A little help would be a good thing in a case like that.

Maybe it’s staged for fun? If not I would’ve gotten help for him.

No, he was stone cold drunk and he didn’t fish much. Lots of singing and dancing. He had two buddies with him. One wasn’t drinking at least ……they just kept moving away from him as he scared every fish within a 100 yards away. His buddies weren’t to happy. I wouldn’t leave some guy by himself passed out.

Should have taken the other 1/2 of bottle of vodka from him and stayed awhile
Longer and enjoyed the bite without him

Thanks. Now I just have to get the snow blower and auger fired up, charge the Humminbird and sort my ice stuff. No, I’m not bringing the snow blower.

Would have been some good entertainment. Lake Ona seems to bring out the cream of the crop from time to time, especially during there derbies. Maybe this year everyone will stay on top of the ice….
