Auger tips

    Hey guys,
    Im thinking about buying the ION ice auger and am looking for reviews on it. Any help would be appreciated. Any info on propane augers would be great to.

    biggest issue with the ION is keeping the battery warm. If you can do that, it’s a great auger. If you drill a ton of holes, gas is probably the best bet still.

    They should make a feature that heats up the battery before use. Just a thought.

    Nice product for short trips and not so thick ice.

    You would probably need a battery to heat the battery! Huh now what do we do?
