First trip on ice for the year

    Me and my buddy hit a small lake this morning for some slabs..
    I was hoping for a good 3 or 4 inches, but we found 6″ (score)…So we punched some holes right away found the slabs…It was one after another 10-13.75″s…Definately my best first ice trip..

    Looks like a #8 glow brite ratso and I bet you were fishing a basin or transition near a basin. That’s my guess anyway.

    Right on tsw glow ratso was hot right away, then they switched to liking my buddys gold/pink spoon…and yup out in the basin (pretty much all the lake is as far as I can tell so far)… We also got a few
