I am headed up there this Friday, was wandering if anyone had a current ice report from upper red lake? Know there’s fishable ice on smaller bodies of water, hopefully the same for red. Any info is appreciated! Thanks in advance!
West winds report says they have 5-7″ of ice with a marked trail out to 8′ of water but if you head any where off there marked trail you need to check the ice as you go!! Best bite 6.5′

I have been at Rogers resort getting out rental houses ready the last couple of days. The ice is in very good shape as of today. We have anywhere from four to seven inches. it also snowed about four inches today. The fishing has been great for the few groups that have been in the ice the last couple of days. See u soon

Danny and i headed out on a little adventure this morning. We drilled random holes out a mile from the resort. On average we found five to seven inches good clean ice. Rogers resort will open the access tomorrow to four wheelers. We also have a few rentals for our on shore special this weekend. See u soon. Good luck fishing. Justin from up north
