I ordered me a hyfax kit for my otter lodge and when I received it the hardware was missing. Called rapala today and bam no problem and there gonna ship me some right out! Gotta love that. Also had trouble with my Marcum last year and same thing they sent me the parts right out. I’m definitely gonna be sticking with them for the long haul.
