Disclaimer: I’ve haven’t touched one of these before.

Posting it on a website as the first post has me wondering. What a great way to get the word out…inexpensively.

    But back to your question.

The buyer should make sure they know what the warranty is before purchase. These type of camera heads are notorious for leaking.

Since it’s “factory direct” any issues would mean sending it back to the factory.

And be more careful when a new members clams are backed up by another new member.

A friend of mine has owned one for a couple years with no problems. I purchased one a few weeks ago and so far works great.

True I did just become a member today. Saw a post that I knew something about and responded. I researched a lot of cameras before I decided on this one $199.95 good price for a good camera with 360 viewing. May quit working tomorrow but hasn’t leaked yet. Reeds sells them also.

Be careful of catafiles. You can recognize them easily, they smell like week old sun baked fish guts. They will also try to convince you that Walleyes are bad.

I apologize that I jumped to conclusions. I guess I assumed it was a free advertising grab.

Welcome to IDO and I look forward to reading some reports from down in Iowa. I have a few relatives down there and make it down there a few times every year.

This was not an ad grab. I retired to the Crosslake area 3 years ago and have a small lake in my front yard. I saw the camera referenced on another site I read. But there wasn’t much information there. I trust the opinion on this site.
