I am starting to consider moving up from my Otter to a unit like the “Zack Shack”, any opinions on these or other brands would be much appreciated. Looking to stay in 5 to 6k range.

I’m thinkin’ you’ll have to find a used Zack Shack if 5-6K is your limit. Well built, extremely easy to move, warm (spray foam insulation),and utilitarian describes ours. Haven’t looked at new prices, but they aren’t cheap. They are built to fish in though, IMO. Not much for kickin’ back with the cards / TV / makin’ food. Good luck

Ridgeline makes a 6X10 all aluminum wheeler that’s really
a sweet little house. Similar setup to Zack Shack, dealer
in Deerwood MN has them for $5750.00

I always wanted a wheel house with the lack of snow the last 2 years it would be used a lot. Big snow years I would just as soon rent a sleeper/hard side than have a yard ornament and have to deal with a big house!
If I run the numbers 1/2 of what I buy never works out!
    Best wishes on your decision!
