    A week back I had a bad day on the ice. During operation the throttle trigger on my Jiffy broke, moments later the plastic hinged lid on my Frabill Kool Keeper broke. That set the pace for the day. Monday I called Frabill and told them of my troubles with their product. THEY SENT ME A NEW LID FREE OF CHARGE! I then called Jiffy, after several attempts to speak with someone “LIVE” and not automated(I DO NOT LIKE AUTOMATION). I learned of a product flaw and they were going to replace the throttle (for $7 S&H). Not sure why I had to pay the $7 when it was a recognized flaw in their product, but am happy to say the part arrived.

    Quality Customer Service is ALWAYS important to consumers.

    So was one rod replaced no charge then?
