    Allright as of now (unless someone says where a good buffet style fish fry is) I’ll be at Nutbush City Limits between 7-8 Friday night look for the tall guy in the grey and red Yamaha hat

    Nothing wrong with cleavage. Back to fishing. Are we going to be able to get the rosie reds? From what I’ve heard, they’re the bee’s knees. You just have to have them. I see there is a derby on Saturday.

    My son and me will be there Sat.Need anything yet food or what ever.Ed we are staying where you are give us call if you want to go out and eatsat nite.

    North Country Steak Buffet is good. $10 or so. Steak,burger,maybe chops,chicken breast, bbq chicken legs and taco bar. No boobs or booze though. In the same parking lot as Shopko off I-90.

    Schafer’s should ,+ all the other bait you need.

    Things are looking positive for the Sat.,

    New Moon on Sunday,

    A warm period after a cold spell (30’s + a south wind).

    There is about 10″ of snow in the past week so 4 wheel is a big plus but it should not really be an issue.

    Just got my order in for the dogs..got 3 sticks of summer sausage and a bunch of habenaro dogs too – if you dare

    I see a problem with that statement.

    I hope everyone has a good time and catches a few fish. The Lake can be a great place many days and a dead sea others. I wish I could make it down to put a few faces with the names but my son has a basketball tourney all day in Onalaska.

    Couldn’t wait to get up here!!! Already have a few hours of fish recorded on the dvr. Found a section of gills on the main river stacked in timber and a few wing dams loaded with perch, eyes, and suagies. Weird to be on 12″ of ice and see water flowing over a wing dam 50 feet away. Haven’t been out on Onalaska yet, but the ice have been great everywhere we have been. Now, if only the bite would have been a bit better today

    There is a Cancer Benefit derby going on also..8 to 1
    $10 entry fee at Red Pines – 200yds from the landing.. if anyone is feeling lucky

    Was on Lake Onalaska this a.m. and some success with keepers. Got a mixed bag of crappies, gills and perch. Ended up takin 17 home. No monsters, but all good eaters after sorting thru some dinks. Hope to see some of you at Nutbush tonight and see you all tomorrow at the landing. I’ve got a brown F150 with sponsor decals on the topper windows. I’ll have a green Reel Recovery cap on.
