I just purchased a new Strikelite II with the 4 stroke robin engine and am looking for tips on keeping it in the right position in the back of my pickup so the oil doesn’t leak or is it ok to lay on the muffler side.
I always leave mine with the gas tank facing down, and typically will wedge it between the side of my vehicle and my portable.
I have also transported it on its side, dipstick down, and that has been fine.
I did have a buddy leave it gas tank up on the ice for a while and it was a bit fickle running for a while, but eventually I burnt it all out.
