What setting do I need to change to “see” my jig in the top 3 feet of the water column in 6 foot of water (I only see it after it gets 1/2 way down)?

Thats the way it is,cone angle in 6′ is less than a 2′ diamiter…None of my flasher I have ever owned would mark my jigs at 0-2/3 feet…
