was searching the web for ice reports for the east troy area and found that guys were out fishing on phantom lake. anyone have anything to validate that. also would that be upper or lower phantom that people are fishing? they also said there was 3″ of ice which is not enough for this guy but that was two days ago so maybe by tomorrow there may be 4″ any info would be helpful just trying to wet some lines and not my feet.
