Ive never fished out of a hard side before. We bought this 7×11 recently. We will be towing it with a 700 Grizzly in Hayward. How much ice do we need? My gut says to wait for gunea pigs but like everyone else Im itching to get out. (no clue why it keeps rotating the pic)
Hard to tell the weight without knowing all of the building materials, but a consistent 8 inches should be fine.
8 to 10 in. would work. Remember all ice is safe till it breaks,then is is bad ice.
I’d pull it on the wheels though….

6-8 but I’ve seen them on less. If you can drive the griz on you can put the shake on. Be safe!
