    30-40 people between Iowa/Wisconsin bridge at PdC today.

    Black Hawk has 2 to 4 inches of ice.

    DeSoto Bay has 2 to 3 inches of ice.

    By next weekend we should be sporting 6 to 8 inches if the forcast comes to fruition.
