I just purchased a Marcum LX-7 a few weeks ago. Everything was working great until yesterday when the screen decided to go out. I called Marcum’s customers service number and they will not be around until January 2nd. It is under warranty as well. Anyone know of anyway/anyplace to possibly get this repaired?
will it come back on ? I had a problem with mine shutting off if I went to adjust or change anything. If I disconnected the battery and reconnected it the screen would come back on but I could not touch any buttons or off it would go. Unit had to go back to Marcum for repair.
Take it back to where you bought it. If they have good customer service they will exchange it for a new one.
I would take it back to the place you bought and see if they can do anything for you.
It does come on, as the buttons will light up, but the screen will not display anything.
When I bought mine last year I had the same problem,I called Marcum and they sent me a new unit with a call tag for the old one.
Sorry for your problem,hope you get the problem resolved.
There is a way to reset the system, but I cannot remember how,maybe someone on here remembers how that is done.
