Marcum Parts Order?

    I have been trying to get in contact with Marcum customer service this week and not having much luck. I need to order a few parts. I have been calling the phone number on their website and I get voicemail everytime. I sent them a few emails at their [email protected] email address listed on their support page, and now the [email protected] that they have on their voicemail. I just need to order a replacement power cord, I want one of the new soft packs and a replacement electronics shuttle. Does anyone have any suggestions of how to get a hold of someone or of another outlet to order the parts from? Thanks!

    The LX-7 soft pack will be on their site any day.

    they NEVER respond through email contact, I found that out the hard way last year after James Holst told me I had a faulty tranducer on my showdown5.6 at the GTG. I eventually gave up trying to contact them after numerous failed attempts, and it still needs it to be replaced, if they cant answer emails its kind of a signal towards the same happening with ordering out of their website. Please let me know if your order through the site was successful.

    I sent them an email about buying a replacement soft pack for my marcum vx-1p and they responded the next day with very helpful info and a contact number and name to order it (it was not listed for sale on their site). Don’t know which email address I used, but I got it off their site in the support section.

    ill tell you what bothers me.,. i bought a new LX-7 this year, got the latest 3.01 software and everything but got the old soft pack…not very happy about that…when i called customer support to try to get the new soft pack and send back the old i was told no….700 dollars spent and i cant get the right soft pack
