Jiffy propane

    Well I broke down and bought the jiffy propane auger. I left the propane o/s on purpose to see how it would start, three pulls and it was running! It really is quiet and no smell to speak of. Now I need good ice on Miltona!
    My decision came from input on this forum, thanks to all who put in their input!

    I really like mine except for 2 things- 1-its a litte on the heavy side for hole hopping, and 2-after 10 uses it had to be replaced due to leaking oil everywhere. The customer service was good though and no problems since

    I love mine. Just wish it was 5-8 lbs lighter!! I bought last year and had some issues. Between my local bait shop and Jiffy awesome service, I was taken care of getting a new power head and the later upgrades to the fuel lines. Have fun!!!

    I love the Jiffpane auger, mine has never gone past two pulls to start, except the one time the tank was empty. The Jiffy rep at the ice show said that they can be laid down with the muffler down also which is nice if you have a lid on the back of your truck.
