dike road ?

    looking for a report from the Nelson/Wabasha dike road. conditions and fishing ? Thanks

    The only spot I have heard anything about on the dike road is Pontoon and some anglers hitting it. What the ice conditions are, no idea.

    Alot of the dike road’s pools and puddles fishing is contingent on having enough water in the fall to allow fish to move into them. This year’s lower water might be shutting a few of those areas off and lower water in many areas changes the dynamics of the pool or puddle so maybe fish won’t be seen in others even though they could get there.

    Fished it Wed. 1 1/2″ of ice but it was going away fast. Did good though.
