Still hungry enough to snap up my lightning spoon yesterday with a Smallmouth hanging out of it’s mouth. This makes you wonder how many Smallies are getting gobbled up while in a nearly dormat stage during the winter months.

(Rainydaze Reality Research) Don’t tell me it doesn’t happen.

Man, when fish go on a feeding binge they go all out. That is a cool pic. Caught a 2# walleye couple of years ago that had 52 assorted baitfish in its stomach. Still took a jig and a twister tail. Gotta love it

He wasn’t trying to eat the spoon. He was trying to get that bass hooked on the spoon so you’d pull it out of his mouth. Either that or the bass tasted so bad he wanted to end it.

Ya got me, but it looks like us poor bass guys are out numbered heavily on this site

Good thing they don’t taste good or I’d have nothing to fish for in the spring/summer/fall
