    These guys are usually up wrapping rods til midnight or later. Lots of rod orders coming in as ice season is starting to get cranking. You can also email as well

    i was giving John @ TUCR crap this morning since he keeps hinting at talking to me on the phone. I think they can handle people better on the phone is my opinion, so they try to stay away from emails as details can get lost in translation from emails.

    Yes we all know that a lot of details get lost in translation. Plus a phone converstation is easier explain certain things and get instant feedback.
